Very good service by the staff. I liked their food a lot. They definitely take care of the taste and authenticity of food prepared.
Stayed at the hotel for one night ..Check in took a little time as they could not trace my booking..it was past 3 and we did not have lunch ..( understandable as I too am from hospitality)..So no marks down.. disappointed with the twin bed given after booking king size bed.. joining the two beds made it uncomfortable for a good sleep..Room was superbly clean ..Good job by the house keeping.. Swimming pool was under maintenance.. in house food is way beyond expensive..Staff was pretty courteous and accommodating..Cheers to all the front office staff..Good job.. Breakfast was good..10/10 ..no complaints.. Maintainence work was going on and the sound took off our sleep.. Recommended 9/10..Hope the next time I hope I get me king size bed..😄
Our experience at this hotel zion hotel The Zion hotel has good I stayed at Zion hotel for One and half month. Generally good stay. I am really thKfull.
The Counter Staff specially Miss Roja, Miss Mailawathi ,Mr Prakash at reception always ready to help in every way. and Breakfast staff and her name Miss Sonia Mote and Miss Suman Very good Service and housekip boy Mr sanjay Pradhan his work is good.
I Stay was really pleasant and usual. I am really thak full.Every staff member is very polite and the service minded.
Idk why this hotel gets one star reviews sometimes but this is THE BEST HOTEL IN BANGALORE UNDER 5K. If you are comparing this hotel to others in the same price range, this is the best one yet. Located near the middle of bangalore, the hotel offers very good rooms. The rooms were not at all what I expected. I got rooms with breakfast included for 3.7k per night but if you get the room for under 5k, definitely do go for it. Rooms are very clean and well air conditioned. Good perfume smell and very clean mirrors are cherrys on top. Views are pretty good, nothing special. Pool is available and they said gym is also available but I didn't get time to check it out. You can also go the rooftop to enjoy the views and click photos. Parking space is plenty.
The staff is very kind and helpful and you will get all the help you need from them. There are a lot of restaurants nearby(mostly vegetarian) but the hotel food is very tasty so you will not need to go out. You can order food upto 9 or 10 in the night I think. I ordered food at 9 and they delivered it to my room and when I tried at 11, they said food was over.
The breakfast spread is mostly vegetarian but the food there is delicious and filling. You can also order some food and order eggs or scrambled eggs in the breakfast counter and they will make it for you free of cost. Very good location and many stores and restaurants nearby. Uber drivers are able to reach here without any issues as well. It is close to the racecourse as well.
The bathrooms are very clean as well and hot water is available 24/7. The hot water showers are very soothing and they provide many packaged goods in the bathroom as well.
Overall if your budget is below 5k, go here for sure. Very impressed with the stay. Definitely worth the price.
Our experience at this hotel is good and housekeeping is also nice and good in terms of service. The behaviour of the staff is friendly, calm and nice. And the housekeeping boy Mr. Sanjay Pradhan on 6&7th floor his work & behaviour is good and nice.
I booked an executive room, I really liked how spacious and big the room was, the cleanliness, hygiene, service everything was good. Check In & Checkout was seamless too.
The accessibility from bus terminal and connection of other places is good. The location is well placed.
The breakfast served was good too, the view from the rooms and pool is nice too.
The only thing the hotel can work upon is their restaurant food pricing (Room Service) it seemed very randomly priced and the quality and quantity of the food given for price paid was not worth it, I hope the hotel works upon that.
Overall I can say that it’s worth the price paid and their services are good, just need to work on the restaurant menus and pricing.
First of the services is very very bad, they just make you fool by pictures. Ac was not working in the room and when we asked them to shift us to other room , they said we will provide you with fan, like seriously? are we paying to stay under fan? after that we called manger and till last he didnot showed up. they do charge for ice cube and took GST on that . Also they charge if you ask for extra wine glass or anything. I did not see hotel this like. Nonsense people.
